The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust comprises thirteen primary schools: Bishop Bronescombe, Grampound Road, Grampound with Creed, Ladock, Penponds, St Ives Infant, St Issey C of E, St Meriadoc CE Infant, St Meriadoc CE Junior, St Michael's, Trevithick Learning Academy, Troon and Veryan.

We believe in building a brighter future for our children and actively promote self-belief and a love of learning that will enable our children to achieve their full potential. Our schools have joined together to deliver high quality education for children 2-11 years of age.

We offer a number of services to allow schools to
focus on what’s important; education and well-being of children.

Financial

The financial role in schools is handled by our excellent finance team lead by our Chief Finance Officer leaving staff in schools able to focus on children and families

Staff Development

We have an outstanding MAT wide staff development offer supporting teachers in their second and third years into their roles as subject leaders. We offer training to Middle Leaders and Senior Leaders to support their career development.  School Improvement is at our core and we work with experience School Improvement Officers to ensure all staff are fully supported in developing their practice. Strong subject lead network meetings ensure that staff can support each other in their roles

Human Resources

The central team work with an external HR provider to support all school leaders in HR matters

Build Compliance

The central team coordinate all aspects of compliance in all of our schools ensure school leaders can focus on Teaching and Learning
